Bota Bota
Bota Bota Spa Review
The Spa on the water. Now if you are looking for a unique experience, Bota Bota will unquestionably seduce you.
Located on a boat – yes, a boat! – in the middle of charming Old Montreal, this very trendy spa has it all. Whether you go for a few hours (love this option) to relax and unwind, or a whole day of blissful (and well deserved) treatment this spa on the water,or spa-sur-l’eau as they like to say, really is special.
From their wonderful nordic baths where you can enjoy the warm sensation of a eucalyptus steam room followed by an envigorating dip in the cold pool to their amazing restaurant run by Auberge sur la Route and Michelin-starred chef Éric Gonzalez, it’s hard to find something negative to say about this place.
But that’s not all. Bota Bota Spa also offers both Hatha Yoga and Soft Yoga at their facility and if you are feeling a little more energetic, you can even opt for the Pilates lesson.
Not interested in finding your inner self or finding out how non-flexible and weak you are(Pilates) Im kidding…Treat yourself to one of their facial or body treatments or endulge in one of their many massages from Swedish to Shiatsu, Lomo-Lomi even massages choreographed to music!
I would recommend anyone looking to try something a little different, to head over to Bota Bota Spa and enjoy a truly unique experience.
